Can't sign in to ebay UK

I haven't been able to sign in to my ebay account for 48hrs+.I'm getting repeated IE messages on the sign-in page which are closing down my browser.Deleting cookies,temp internet files etc has not solved the problem.I'm not very pc-lit so I'm stuck as to how to resolve the issue..
