Cannot Log in

We have tried several times in the past week to login. At first the passwood would not take So we createda new one. And it still would not let us login with the new password. We did this several times. So today we tried to create another account with a different email and password. And again when it got to the password. It still did not work. Now you have two of our email addresses. Please advise on what to do.
