Will not let me log on

I have my username and password written down, it tells me that there was an error while trying to log in and to try later but I never am anle to sign on regardless of how often I try. It would be nice to be able to pay my bill rather than get charged for something that is not my fault. If I knew this would have been such a problem I would have signed uo for old fashioned paler statements. Get it together please because I am obviously not the only person with this issue.
