All ebay sites time out and cant log in MyEbay

Been trying to access Ebay -US site and other Ebay countries but page does not load. If it does, I cannot access MyEbay. It times out. The eBay app for iPhone and iPad cannot access the site either. What is wrong with Ebay??? Help please!
