can't log in

Trying to log into my chase slate and chase amazon accounts to pay bills and cannot log in. On the login page, I am able to type in my user name and password, but when I click on the "secure login" button, nothing happens. This has been a problem for over a week. I expect that Chase will not charge late fees or increase interest rates or negatively affect my credit due to their incompetence in keeping their website up and available for customers. This is absolutely ridiculous.
