nslookup reveals the current IPs for mail and smtp servers, but they do not respond to connections at all for the past 6 hours. You can access your email through the webmail (http) interface, but the buttons for moving or deleting selected mail do not respond. You can go to their site and download their "diagnose your network connections" downloader utility, but it won't install the utility because the server it needs to access isn't available, naturally ...
