Can't Receive Comcast Emails

For last five days have been unable to receive emails from my Comcast Email. Can send emails but not receive. Called Comcast help line five different times today but no fix and not even sure what caused the problem. Really bad customer service as I asked for a status call back on the fix after fourth call and was promised but never received call back. Still don't know when email will be working again
