Cannot send out or reply to email for 2 days!

This problem is dangerously close to costing me a substantial amount of money as the party I'm negotiating a $5MM contract with is very close to pulling the plug on the deal. They don't care that I'm having email problems, they're a big company and need to be productive!
Please advise as to ETA of a fix as soon as possible.
