My email has been down since 7/12. Both desktop and smart phone. Called Comcast and they tried to sell me a Signature Support plan for $15 a month! What!!! To fix THEIR problem??? No way. So the guy says that they would have it up and running in less than 10 minutes for a one-time fee of $49.95. Yeah, right. Since it's down on both the desktop and smart phone, it's not MY problem. It's a Comcast issue, especially after reading all these similar reports. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I'm ready to get rid of this joker operation!!!!
