cant get to memership rewards

Trying to redeem some points, when I can even get to the rewards site, it wants me to log in (after I am already logged into americanexpress.com) and I enter my password and user id and nothing happens. It keeps looping around for a user id and password. Between failure to get to rewards site and MUCH difficulty getting to the normal website where I can view my credit card activity and pay my bill - this has been very frustrating - it has been going on for several weeks that I know of. You need to fix this - or certainly give some flexibility to late payments due to the inaccessibility of your website - This is unacceptable in this mobile world we are all a part of now. Fortunately I just tried the ipad mobile application and it works fine allowing me to redeem points, pay my bill, download my statement...at least there's that.
