I saved this link in a Word Document. I cannot log in the usual way. I saw that MARK'S link was different. I'm guessing that is what he saw AFTER a failed logon. BTW...What is up with CHASE? Are they not aware of their customers' difficulties to Logon? I chose not to go "paperless" for this specific reason. You wouldn't know your Current Balance, your Statement Balance, or your Minimum Payment Due if you cannot logon to your account. Someone with clout needs to B****-slap CHASE to at least inform us of their inability to allow us customers access to our accounts!
