On my bill it tells you to go to twc.com to pay online from their it tells you to sign into https://myservices.timewarnercable.com/. Maybe once out of 50 tries will get you to the page. The word is this may be a scam by Time-Warner Cable to force you to pay bill over the phone and pay $4 service charge to do it. I've tried all different browsers.
