License message with first skip

I haven't used any of the six skips on a station but I keep getting the license message as if I have used them all. It works on a quarter of the stations once I restart my phone or redownload pandora but then the skip doesn't work anymore. Also before, pandora would skip a few songs on its own. I'm a pandora one prescribed customer and my money was just taken for the month.
