Can you guys get your act together? If I was the head of the IT department, I would have fired all the server admin because they have horrible up time records. It goes down so often, I thinking of switching your service altogether. I've been your customer since you took over from AT&T and I stayed with you thru thick and thin but this email server outage has completely changed my mind.
Do something, get another server admin, change your service provider, upgrade your data center, Anything or all of the above.
Get your act together!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
