msn.com is down

it is down .it loads but it displays gobbledygook like this: Ref A: 4a44cb3416864c64a0fb9b61d3cd202d Ref B: 6EA054A4CB53383DE5CAE5695AA71585 Ref C: Sun Apr 14 12:58:30 2013 PST. and it changes when you reload the page. It does not work in Chrome, firefox OR EVEN IE!!! :0 i donot even like msn anyway im just reporting this for the heck of it. the screen shot only shows chrome but i tested it in all three browsers above and it didnt work.
