Online Banking Website

I am truly upset with the service being provided to me by Capital One Bank. Capital One online banking site has been down for three weeks now, without a single notice sent to its customers! This truly a MAJOR inconvenience. I recently spoke with a representative on last week regarding the matter and if there was date of resolution; however, I was given no information on the relief of this matter. I have been with Capital One since I was 16 years old (I am 30 now), back when the name was Hibernia (in New Orleans). As an adult, I try to make every effort to utilize all services provided by this company, specifically the online bill payment process. Every month, I rely on this service to pay my bills. It is extremely resourceful, reliable, and user-friendly. Now that the site has not functioned at all for the past few weeks, I had to contact a phone representative to gather information on the bill payees that I sent payments to at the end of the month (since I was able to use the site at the beginning of March). Now, the time is now approaching for me to pay my bills again and because the site is STILL down, I have to visit each payee's website, set up an online account with that company, set up a payment, and hope to God the payment processing time is within the due date. I honestly don't believe Capital One understands to severity of this matter and how positive customer service reflect positive in the company success. Because of this ongoing matter, I am truly considering researching other banks and closing all three accounts with the company. If possible, I would like to know if this report will be forwarded to Capital One. I sure hope so. Thanks for the opportunity. Shantrella Baptiste
