Site won't load

I have my browser (Firefox 19.0.2) set to automatically show the latest version of a site, clear cookies/temp files at shutdown. Reloading my browser and typing in http://www.chase.com results in the site just trying to load, but never does. This has been ongoing for about 2 days now. I tried accessing the site from a local McDonalds on my laptop to see if it was an ISP issue, and had the same result.
