Site Down All Day/Evening

Site was down early morning of 3/12/13. At some point I was able to log in around 6-7pm CST. Then the site went down again. It is now 3:50am CST on 3/13/13 and the site is still down. Unacceptable, the world's biggest bank can't even have a proper functioning website.
