CANNOT CONNECT TO WEB SITE

I called Chase by phone & they tried to tell me they were down for maintenance. When I told the Indian lady that that was not true, she asked how did I know that. Because it's all over the web, I replied. Looks like hackers and Chase has no idea when the site will be available. She then reassured me that they were working on the problem. I reminded her not to tell customers that it was maintenance, because that is absolutely not true.
