... that means I cannot log into my bank account and I cannot access my money. This condition is persisting from about 4 days back from today. Are you kidding me, this is a bank - this is a tier-1 service which cannot have such a huge downtime. When this site was managed as ingdirect.com, it was a slick service. As soon as I found out Ingdirect is bought over by capitalone, my reaction was one of disappointment and I am in the process of moving all my money to a better online bank, but the bank is so bad that it has shut down to prevent access to my money.
