Will not sign in. "Page isn't redirecting properly"

This has been happening off and on for the past week. Now it's lasting all day today, March 4, 2013. I've tried every single fix that I can find on the web. EVERY FIX. I've disabled/enabled cookies, cleared cookies, cleared caches, did system restores, shut downs/restarts. NOTHING works. My husband can get into his Hotmail account just fine on his laptop so I tried my there - still won't go. I can get Hotmail on my iPhone just fine but it's a pain to have to use it there. FIX THIS NOW!!!!!
