The AMEX Rewards Website has been down since at least 2/23

It is 2/27 and the fulfillment portion of the AMEX Rewards website still does not work. I called cust service on Sunday and they confirmed the problem and suggested a fix by 2/25. Days later the site is still down. It allows you to select rewards and place them in a cart but the cart cannot be shipped. I wonder how long it would take them to fix a problem that prevented them from collecting my money. Not days I bet.
