Unable to login in to Amex UK account online.

Login screen shows as already logged in, without going through user and password input stage; but link to accounts not working, log out link not working either. Links to some other parts of the site function OK, but accounts are inaccessible. Deleting cookies/browser history in IE makes no difference.
