just called to get a real answer. thats the most info you can get out of them. there is an unannounced security update that is taking them much longer than anticipated to complete with no timeframe of when it will be completed. I can no longer access it on my iphone with safari, its making me create more security questions, and the questions are abbreviated on the iphone so i have no clue what the questions are to answer them. my app wont work without an update (i have an ooold iphone with an old os and dont want my phone get completely wiped out)
