Cant access site I built on weebly.com

Is anyone else having issues with accessing their sites at the moment? I have brought a URL www.teedrain.co.nz and the firm a used to purchase that, 2day.co.nz informed me that it is pointing to weebly servers okay, but he said there was heaps of packet loss on the server. Sent a message to weebly support just now, but read here that other users who send support messages never hear back! Starting to stress now!
