Log In To Accounts Button Does Not Work

The link on the button points to https://www.chase.com/# which is an invalid link and does not allow people to sign into the accounts.
The following link works: https://chaseonline.chase.com/Logon.aspx, which is part of the old system.
They need a better IT staff, the site being down so often is unnaceptable.
