site down most of last night, contacted representative who said they were doing maintenance - WRONG

Could not access site. Before realizing it was a site issue, reset my password via their online reset tool. It did respond wiith a phone call including a new pin to use. I logged ack onto the site and it hung after I typed in the new password. I was concerned so I called their representative and she was very useless. I asked of they were experiencing a DDOS and she said no......no pleased with them right now, they need better security. I will need to either close my accounts with them, or monitor my accounts very close for some time to come.
