Godaddy is ruining my business

When no one can access my sites because they take more than 3 minutes to load (after they have been working for years), and I can't upload any changes to my sites, it is time to switch to a different host. Godaddy tried to tell me I have a slow ISP but couldn't explain why Google would also have a slow ISP. Passing the buck without fixing the problem is not my idea of customer service. They are losing this customer.
