Can't make payment

The payment module is completely messed up. It is painfully slow to even get it up and running. Half the times, the page never comes up. When it does come up, it sometimes complains about a perfectly legit MasterCard number. Other times, it hangs. Yet other times it goes thru the whole process, but doesn't process the payment. With all their reluctance, one would think that AT&T hates my money!
