VERIZON SITE LOOPS TO ERROR MESSAGE, CAN’T EVEN SHUT SCREEN

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO PAY MY BILL FOR ABOUT THREE WEEKS...CALLED THE OTHER DAY TO GET A VERY HELPFUL PERSON WHO PUT ME ON TO PHONE BILLING, AND A WAIT FOR 15 MINUTES

ARE YOU GUYS A COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY, AREN'T YOU ASHAMED?

DO WE HAVE TO GO BACK TO PUTTING A STAMP ON AN EVELOPE BECAUSE OF VERIZON INEPTNESS?  PLEASE, PLEASE FIX THE SITE!!!! AND IF YOU CAN'T FIX THE SITE, DO NOT ASK HIGH SPEED INTERNET PAYEES TO WAIT 15 TO 20 MINUTES ON A PHONE, IT'S LUDICROUS...PUT ON MORE OPERATORS !!!!!!
