Cannot load movies or they reload repeatedly cannot look up items

tried to watch a movie both online & thru Roku & it continually had to stop & reload. If I wasn't working on something else, I would have just given up. Once the movie was finally over after about 20 reloads, I went online to look up movies and other items and they wouldn't load, other sites besides Amazon are working fine.
