Impossible to login

Any attempt to log in or create an account will result in an error message of some sort. If attempting to create an account, the verification text will never be sent. If you try to login to an existing account, you will be told your password is wrong, even is you reset it. After a few attempts, it instead says the account doesn't exist. Without signing in, it is impossible to use the pickup services.
