At 8:15a (PST) Faxage refreshed the receive page and it was no longer for our account but rather for another healthcare/VA facility. I refereshed the page again and it went back to our account. Refreshed again and it went back to the other company. Refreshed again and then faxage gave a "504 Gateway Time-out nginx" error message.
