Can't reach anyone.& no email system is avail either

I've tried for a week to reach someone relative to my autopay & no one answers. No email is available to contact them either,
There is no option to edit or cancel my current auto-pmt I reached one person in the "Insurance Claims Dept" and she can't reach anyone either. That is very telling of a business failing right before our eyes.
I've chosen to stop all pmt via my bank until they respond to me, THAT WILL GET THEIR ATTENTION!!!!
