Can’t get ahold of anyone. I am part of a program.

I'm part of a program that helps pay back payments. The HAF Program sent out a check 11/14/2023. My case worker said it was processed 11/15/2023. But it has not been applied to my account. I can not get ahold of any people on the phone.
