can't make my november payment

customer service line says "our website is back on-line at www.myloancare.com." NO IT IS NOT!!!! I have been trying for weeks to log in to make a payment. On the morning of, I believe, Thursday 11/30, I was able to make a payment through the automated system. It took all my info and even gave me a confirmation # but it has yet to show up in my bankiing statement. I was suspicious because when the system told me the amount I owed for my mortgage pymt, it was approx $200 less than what I always pay. Now, when I go to the automated system to listen to my pymt information, it says my last payment was made in October. What is going on???? Also, when I attempt to sign into your website, it does not recognize my loan # or my social security #. I understand you have had a cyberattack but how about some communication as to what we are to do moving forward??? I never even received a notice that this event had occurred; poor communication on your part to simply leave your customers hanging and having to find out through social media that you were hacked. Please reply.....
