Mobile apps give server errors, website won't accept payments

Both mobile apps I've tried give "internal server errors" before you even attempt to log in, so they're not working at all. The website is SUPER SLOW, forgot my payment information, and times out when trying to make a payment, giving a "something went wrong" error each time.
