payment discrepancy

I paid 12/1/23 when the email came out about the website coming back on. It shows the amount went through, but when I called the customer service line, it did not say the payment was processed on 11/30/23 when I did it, it referred back to the October 2023 payment from the last settlement as the highest price being completed. Customer service does not exist; the bank headquarters that oversees loan care has the same message that the HR person is busy every time you call.

There was never an email saying they had this issue for the last two weeks.
