Email incorrect; SITE NOT FIXED

I received an email around 11:30 pm (11/29/2023) that their site was up and running. I've tried numerous times since 7 am (11/30/2023) to make my mortgage payment, and I'm constantly getting an error message. I've even tried calling them, and no one will answer the phone.
