Can’t log in to my loan information

I've been trying since 11/23 to try to get online to pay my mortgage, but it says the system is down. I called the customer service number this morning and it said "your call could not be completed as dialed..." I haven't received any e-mail from Lakeview or LoanCare regarding what is happening.
