There is zero contact with the company, and they have not sent out a single word, apparently to anyone, including me about whatever is going on with their company. The only way I've seen anything about what's going on, and not being able to make a payment, is because I looked up loan care on Facebook and google, and saw others posting about it. This is very irresponsible and careless on their part. They do not take care of their customers.
