Cannot login or send them a message using their website
I have been having trouble trying to get into my account to check on my case. It keeps saying error when I try to login and says error when I select other options on the left side menu. My username and password isn't the problem, it has been the same since my case first opened. Tried sending a message to customer service through the website and it keeps bringing me back to the same page and deleting all information I put in. The top of the page says "null" and error. I've been having this issue for over a week now.
