Invalid username/password

I was not able to login through the app or web for the entire weekend as it kept stating invalid user/password. I called the Fifth Third customer service number this morning and the representative stated an Internet Block was placed on my account due to Fifth Third not recognizing my IP Address. I recently got a new phone, so my IP address was new to the app and browser. I told the representative that is ridiculous and they have no right to do that. The representative unblocked my account and I was finally able to login.
