cannot login. will not recognize ID or password

I haven't been able to log into the app or via 53.com from Google on my phone. However when I log in from my laptop I can login. Keeps giving me the same error can't recognize my username and password. I have had issues with the app since they changed over to the thumbprint recognition. 95% of the time I can not log in to the app. It either spins like it's loading or freezes.
