Can't login - nothing happens when clicking "Login" button

Tried all different methods, never got any response after clicking "Login". Not any error message, just nothing.
Apparently as I am typing this message, my login request went through... must have been more than 40 seconds after my last attempt. Not sure who designed that site but it simply doesn't work/perform at an acceptable level. I could not login at all nor get access to any customer support about 10 days ago. It seems that the page has changed, but it is still bad.
Whoever has been designing and/or operating that part of the system/user experience need to learn that you don't push live something that doesn't work... unless your standard is low enough to enable that to happen. Go back to the drawing board!
