Constantly unable to login on safari and chrome

This is beyond frustrating. I am constantly trying to help my 76 year old mom login because of random error messages. We have called 5/3 so many times I've lost count. Now she can't login using safari and now she is getting the same error message on chrome. It's extremely frustrating to convince a 76 year old to switch up something they are so used to and now using chrome isn't working. She can't use the mobile app. It's too much for her. Why doesn't the internet website not work???
