3 days put through basic troubleshooting with customer service... why not just tell us that 5.3.com has a sign in issue that you are working on rather then make us think that it is our issue with our internet connection... THIS IS 5.3. tech issue not the fault of customers. Soon as my son can transport me I am closing 5.3 and moving to a new bank.
