REPEATEDLY every month when I need to pay bills cannot sign in

called support 5 times one woman hung up on me
NO ONE CAN HELP SOLVE THIS ISSUE
I am seriously planning on changing banks I do not want to do my banking on the small phone which will let me sign in. Why give a reference Number if support does not even ask for it. This has happened many months in a row it will eventually solve itself yet I NEED TO PAY MY BILLS when I HAVE ENERGY to PAY THEM not when the bank says I can nor tell me to use the small phone.
