Online Banking Website won't log in

Been trying to pay my car loan by logging in to the website (online banking) - been trying since Dec 12th. Yesterday I received strange error codes but today it just freezes on the loading screen when i click 'log in'. Tried to call but was hung-up on by the automated system and when I finally did get thru the rep just wanted my details and didn't tell me why the website was down before she ALSO hung-up on me 15 mins into the call and only 3 mins into talking with her. SMH - and they don't have an email so I can write to them!
