Can't log in via internet or app

Cannot log in, and when I try to reset password, it says my info(last name, social, etc) is wrong?!
Really? And it's Thanksgiving so no customer support. I call, enter info, and I can't get to account info, I'm told the call is being transferred and no answer.
I don't know if my account was hacked, or if the company is suffering from some kind of issue. Won't know till tomorrow when humans are back in the office.
